Digital Integration Lead supports the implementation and migration of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

The Integration Lead will coordinate integrations between MES and connected enterprise and shop-floor systems, including ERP, LIMS, Data Historians, SCADA, PLC-controlled equipment, and manufacturing machinery. The role focuses on cross-functional alignment, integration governance, and ensuring GMP-compliant system connectivity.

This position requires close collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, IT/OT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful system integration and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate integration of MES with enterprise and shop-floor systems (ERP, LIMS, Data Historians, SCADA, PLCs, machinery, manual inputs).
Align stakeholders across Manufacturing, Quality, IT/OT, and system integrators.
Ensure clear integration ownership, interface documentation, and dependency tracking.
Support GxP compliance and validation activities in collaboration with Quality and validation teams.
Coordinate integration testing (SIT/UAT) and support issue resolution.
Identify and escalate integration risks and system dependencies.
Support cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities.

Required Skills & Experience

Studies about Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
experience in manufacturing systems, MES projects, or IT/OT data integration initiatives.
Experience working in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.
Good Understanding of integrations between MES, ERP, LIMS, Data Historians, and automation systems.
Familiarity with GxP
